Karl Feoder Sim, "aka" CF Goldie (born 1923) is a New Zealand art forger. He copied and sold paintings and drawings of such artists as Frances Hodgkins, Colin McCahon, and Charles F Goldie, in his Antique and Wine shop in Foxton. By signing the artist's name on the pictures, he sold them as original, genuine pieces of art. He was arrested in the 1980s and fined $1000. Afterward he legally changed his name to Carl Feoder Goldie, so he can sign pictures as CF Goldie. But he now sells them as forgeries, instead of originals. He was made the 8th greatest art forger in the world in November 2007. He wrote a book in 2003, called Good As Goldie.
